I also have a heart condition, amyloid heart disease (heriditary, thanks dad) , but was cleared for surgery so I'm not surprised you are ok'd to have surgery on the 24th. They will watch you pretty closely. I didn't have any complications from the heart problem. Hope you don't either.

Noelle,
Yay!  You are now an official postie!!  I'm so glad your surgery went well.  Get lots of rest and take it slow and easy.  Some get their balance back quickly and others it takes a while.  Don't sweat the small stuff, you have all of us keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Noelle ~

We're all concerned for a member that has just undergone surgery.  I'm pleased to see you back as a 'postie' and that you're recuperating.  I trust the buzzing, numb tongue and fatigue will abate, soon.  Thanks for making the effort to post an update.  Now, relax and rest.  We'll be here when you're up to posting again.  Honest.  ;)

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Noelle .....

So relieved to know that your surgery went well and you are home.  Now, listen to your body and rest as much as you need ..... that will definitely speed up the healing.  In between, walk as much as you safely can and things will come together more quickly.

Glad to hear that you are safely on the other side!  Best wishes for an uneventful recovery.  You deserve it after all the drama leading up to surgery!
