Hung in there!  I know the feeling of being confused.  I do know if you saw Goldfinos and Roland in NYU, But if you
did, I know that they are really great at answering questions by email.  I have been sending them mail at least once a week and they get right back to me.  I think alot of Drs are doing this now.  I would write down all your questions and send them to all the drs that you saw.  I think it might help you sleep a little better at night.
