Off to the hospital - fix csf leak
« on: May 25, 2010, 11:04:33 am »
Hello everyone.

I'm off to the hospital tomorrow to have my csf leak fixed. We will start with a lumbar drain and observation for a week. If that doesn't work, it's surgery again.
Wish me luck. ;)

I'll be back in one or two weeks.

Kenneth

Kenneth ~

I'm not certain that you'll see this but our thoughts and prayers are with you.  Looking forward to good news when you next post.  :)

I'm back after 8 "wonderfull" days in the hospital.
The good news is, the lumbar drain actually worked :D
I have stopped leaking, so I guess I dodged a bullet this time.
I also had a MRI and it's clean.

Doctors orders are, take it slow for 2 weeks and call him, if I get into trouble.

Golly, it feels great to be home again.

Thanks for all your support.

That's great and please listen to your Dr's, I'm sure you wouldn't want to go through that all over again...
