I was diagonsed May 2013 with having a small cyst on my balance nerve. I'm a exercise instructor and im currently training for a 1\2 marathon. Of course my symptoms have come back strong...dizziness and ringing in my hair. My headaches are getting worse as well. I dont have any insurance and Im working on getting it. Surgery was recommended. Anyone workout while dealing with this?

I do yoga, but I am not an instructor.  Balance issues have not been my major symptoms.  Mine was pain in the ear and tinnitus. 

I hope you can get some help and get some insurance to take care of your AN.
