P.S. regarding herbal anti-inflammatories:
Ginger is also good for this. If you add this (in powdered form) to your herb formula, only add 1/3 part compared to the other herbs. E.g., 1/3 ounce of powdered ginger, plus 1 full ounce of each of the other herbs. If you add more than that, the spicy aspect of the ginger will probably upset your stomach.

Annette, there's no doubt that ibuprofen is a much more effective anti-inflammatory than herbs. But, as everyone knows, it's hard on the stomach lining. Personally, I'll take the herbs unless and until I get swelling-related symptoms. If that happens, I'll certainly take ibuprofen to deal with it. But for now, the herbs are a safe and mild safety measure my body can tolerate on a daily basis.

Best wishes,
Tumbleweed

Hooray Annette!!!!

I am so happy you are doing well.  :)

I have been thinking about you lately and hoping all is well. Last couple of days are better for me and I have learned all sorts of fun tricks since we last talked. I think it is helping.

Take care,

Mary
