Las Vegas Trip
« on: March 19, 2006, 05:36:53 pm »
Hi!

A few months ago, there was some talk of everyone getting together (or rather those who want to) for some fun in Las Vegas? Did you all go and forget to tell me? lol! ;D  I was just wondering if anyone is still interested?

Shoegirl - Thats's right! I think Josh/Jhager wanted us all to come to Vegas. Since he lives there he said he would make our arrangements. Where are you Josh?

How about you all make it around Sept. 12 and you are all invited to help me and my hubby renew our vows for our 25th. I am looking into the Elvis Chapel or the Bellagio. I would love to have you as my bridesmaids. I need to have a bachelorette party too!

Well, never been to Vegas and would certainly be up for mischief/mayhem there, as long  as "it stays there" ;)  Will be my 1/2 bday at that point, so barring complications, count me in! :)

oooh I live in Vegas too! That would be so fun to have an AN convention here. We need a uniform (like the Red Hats), maybe the earring or ribbon thing! I know you guys will think of something fun to wear! ;D

You're from Australia too?  So is Larry!  Hope you're surviving the cyclone well!

If everyone goes in Sept I'll probably have to live vicariously with you all, I'll be still recovering.  If I'm all better, I'm there tho!!!!

Gennysmom - i live south - in South Australia - so I'm well away from the storm, as will be Larry.  Horrid stuff though.

Which month are you having your op in?  You may still be able to make it to Vegas.......

Probably somewhere mid July to early August.  At least with me being not to far from LV, I can make a last minute decision if something really gets going there.

The cyclone is on all the news channels here, sounds like although the initial loss of life is minimal, the destruction is bad.  I hope the reef faired well.  Has been a bad year plus for this kind of stuff between the tsunami and our hurricanes.

One of these days I need to make it down under.
