It's about time another swashbuckler joined the Good Ship PBW. Our dear Laz has been out numbered by the wenches. (I rather think he likes it that way ;))

Thanks Capt. Deb for posting the pix!! My poor brain couldn't figure out how to do it!!  Anyway, that was at a discount liquor store near the California/Oregon border.  Couldn't resist having the picture taken.  Yep, good ole Capt. Morgan says Hey.  Looks alot like Capt. Hook, he does.

For 20 years or so I made my living sailing the exact same waters as Bluebeard, Blackbeard, and the infamous English Privateer, Sir Francis Drake.  Everytime we'd round a headland which opened into a crystal clear blue bay, I would imagine coming across one of their galleons, flags a'flyin' and cannons at the ready. It was really incredible and my appreciation of that experience has taken on a whole new meaning since comin' down with the dreaded AN!

Capt Deb you will so appreciate this...I babysat my 3.5 year old niece last weekend who informed me she was going to be a pirate!  she played buried treasure all weekend.  I got her one of those little treasure chest toys from mcdonalds...you would have thought it was full of gold.  AHHH to be 3 again  ;D  She's already sporting pirate attire :o)

As the good ship PBW circles the ocean in the hart of the bermuda triangle, the entire crew have stopped feeling dizzy. It's the magnetic pull cries one of the wenches. It's the decacrap yells girly, no, its the mojos yells thye grogmaster. I spiked yer water so yuz only got 100% proof alcohol.

Nan wench was absolutely delighted as its the first time she has walked straight in years. But the parrot was less imaginitive and has ordered that the grogmaster be confined to his quarters for a week. Now swashbuckler Rob (alias our grogmaster) was rather taken back by thet order as Rob sleeps with the grog. What a way to go. But it means that the wenches are all going to go dry for a week.

As thjis was sinking into the wench brains' immediately off in the port direction is a fast approaching object headed for a collision course with the good ship PBW.

Stay tuned for the next epissode when we find out: Will Captain Deb let the grognmaster out on good behaviour (aftrer 5 minutes), has the grogmaster drunk allo the rum? What is the mysterious object in the girly's hands?

Hey, what the heck happened in here.  All the kegs are empty!  Did I forget to lock the hold.  All these &%$$% wenches drained every keg.  Captain, turn her about, this is an emergency!

Cap't Deb, I think maybe you wuz a Pirate in your last life, or the one before that!!  I think we should petition Touchstone Pictures, and demand that the crew of the PBW be included in the making of their next sequel to their Pirate movie.  (Except I think it's already made).  I was driving over to the mall the other day, and there was a young man and young lady walking along, in their Pirate gear. She, a comely wench and he, a Pirate Buckaneer.Have not the faintest idea why they were in full regalia, but they were.  Are they dressing like that at McDonalds??  But, Pirates are the rage this summer.  Capt. Deb is a trend setter, don'tcha know.

AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
I think I might have been a pirate in me last life, but I KNOWS I has been a pirate in this'n fer sure!! In my sailin' life, we had no TV's, and lots of us liked a good read and there was this GREAT book about a lady pirate and I bin rackin' me brain a'tryin' ta remember the name of it!
My entire pirate wardrobe got a'blown away in Hurricane Hugo (along with everything else I owned) and now I can find stuff everywhere! Even down to the Walmart! I have two really great pirate flags, but they have become lost in the hell-hole that Dr. Love calls the garage. I used to be the official garage organizer till the dreaded AN made it hard to get on a ladder and lift stuff. I'm sure they'll turn up when we move out!
