I was starting to wonder too. Delighted to hear that you are still you, so to speak. If it's turbans you need, then turbans it shall be!

Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

So great to hear from you and glad you can enjoy a few days of sunshine before the next round.  I'm praying that this one won't be so bad...but your daughter had some very wise words!!  I KNOW that God has MIGHTY things in store for you!!

Hey, Kathy!  Thanks for the update and SO glad to hear that you're doing ok despite things!  You're right, all you can really do is take care of yourself and take what comes with as positive an attitude as possible - and you are certainly doing that!  You're just awesome,

I've been thinking about you and  am so glad to hear that you are feeling better.  Hopefully the rest of the chemo won't be too bad.  I'm also glad to hear that  your infection seems o be gone once and for all.  You are always in my thoughts and prayers.

I, too, am so happy you are doing so well.  I think of you often, and I'm delighted there is light at the end of this long tunnel you've been in.  These bad things that have been attacking you have no idea who they are dealing with.  They don't have a chance.

bump. I check every few days to see if Kathy has been around. Nothing since June 20.
Diagn Apr 14 2009 with 2.5 cm lt AN. - numbness in the face and sudden onset headaches accompanied by balance issues. Consults with Drs in S Ontario, California (House) and Vancouver. Picked Dr. Akagami in BC.
Retrosigmoid July 6, 2010, 3.0cm by then. SSD left, no other significant side effects.
