« on: March 01, 2007, 08:36:34 pm »
Hi all,

Does anyone have information on herbal supplements to slow the growth rate of an AN?  If so can you please provide me with that  info.......  It's worth a shot.....

Thanks,

I posted in another thread the use of green tea. It has tumor control ingredients and also antiflammatory properties. I drink it on a daily basis. Green tea is especially indicated for cancer conditions but based on the aritcle below it contains a compound which slows down any type of tumor growth so It is believed that this is also applicable to benign tumors like the AN. Hope it'll work for you. By the way I have a 2.5 cm AN and my tumor has shown no signs of growth for 1.5 years before my radiosurgery.

Thanks,

I try drinking three cups a day (sometimes only two when I'm away from home at work), Each cup is prepared with two tea spoons of tea powder. Do not prepare the tea with boiling water since most of the valued properties decompose.
