Hey grogmeister extraordinaire. Whats this about "lay in more rum barrels". I thought you meant to say "lay ON more rum barrels" but then I thought, nah, he's gonna lay IN 'em and soak it all up.

Call for more supplies Capt'n. The grogmeister aint sharin'.

Hope some of the eggs he's hiding have chocolate in them.  And I hope we find them before the tropical sun we're heading into melts them.  Nothing worse than melted chocolate - okay, maybe warm beer.

Happy Easter, all.

Speaking if chocolate, as we do from time to time on this thread.....if any of you want to make a really good dark chocolate cake, get the Nestle's Special Dark cocoa powder and make the cake and frosting on the back of the container.  It came out really great for me on the first try.  Very  moist, great dark chocolate flavor, and truly decadent.  This would be wonderful with raspberry sauce or something like that.  They do explain that because of the processing, this particular dark chocolate doesn't have the "healthy" benefits you association with it, and you get more of that with their regular cocoa powder.  But...if you want that jolt of chocolate, and aren't going for any anti-oxident benefits, then this is the cake for you.  Yum-O.  Double Yum-O.

Sue, it may not have any anti-oxidant benefits, but it's sure got plenty of other benefits... mmmmmm... chocolate.....

Besides, there's eggs in cake... and milk... those are good for you.

Exactly!  Got the basic food groups covered, I think!   Sorry 16, that cake was gone in a flash!  I actually made it for my birthday celebration back on March 1.  That would make a really pretty cake with fresh raspberries, or fresh sliced strawberries strewn over the top.  Triple Yum-O.  Makes you want to bring out your inner Martha Stewart, or something.  See, then with the fresh fruit....that makes it healthy, right?  ;)
