4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

YEA for you - so happy that you finally have your date.  I know that Jan LOVES her Dr.'s and think that they walk on water!  Good luck - you know we will be praying and cheering you on!

Jeepers .....

So glad you have a date for your surgery.  It is usually much easier to have a specific timeframe.  Now you can go about planning and doing fun things pre-op and preparing for what you may need post-op.  Keep us posted.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Congratulations, Jeepers!  I'll quote one of my favorite doctors here and say - "You'll be fine".

We'll all be thinking about you - and praying for you - on the 9th.  If you mention my name before they knock you out, they'll take extra good care of you - or they may ask you to tell a joke.  I'm not sure which ;)

Congrats!  Having a date is a huge milestone!

SUCCESS! Completely removed tumor, preserved facial nerve, and retained a lot of hearing. Colour me HAPPY!
