Pat .....

My heart aches for this little boy and his daddy!  We have become so complacent these days when medical care has come so far ..... and yet, we are jerked up once again when something like this happens.  Kind of puts things into perspective again .....

Thanks and thoughts and prayers to this family.

Clarice

Thank you Clarice at first I was resistant to write about this but like I said when I start to feel sorry for myself which I do not like to do but it is hard, sad things happen and then I feel so stupid to be self pitying myself and should be thankful that I am alive and it could have been worse and try to live with what life brings you. I hope I am responding to you in the right place I need basic 101 computer instructions...

Thank you again for your prayers,

Pat

Pat,

You noted it in the right place! :)  Don't feel stupid for self pity.... you have a terrific heart, you have faith and yeah, maybe we'll throw in basic 101 computer lessons ;)... but in light of the recent loss that you all have experienced or my loss of 40 yrs ago (your words of 13 yrs blessed with my sister brought a smile to my face and I thank you!), we can gain strength in numbers... regardless if our role is as caregiver or patient... strength in numbers prevails.

Prayers, wishes and hugglez to you,
Phyl
