Great question, Catherine.

I'd be interested to know why Jo's ENT doesn't recommend the BAHA.

Jo -

does your ENT actually do BAHA surgery?  My implant was performed by my neurotologist (one of the docs who removed my AN) and my ENT didn't even know there was such a thing  :o  He nearly fell over when I told him what I was planning to do.

Well this time when I mentioned the BAHA he wasnt for it nor against it.  He is sending me for another MRI ASAP and then appt with the neurosurgeon...He understands that even though Booger is small I want him OUT.  But not til after my six week Mexican vacation then home for two weeks, then a month in Florida....Can you say SHOP???  LOL...New grandson born nov 9 and even though my mother has outfitted him for the next two yrs, this nana has to buy something...lol
