Singing?
« on: August 29, 2008, 04:46:42 pm »
I am celebrating 8 years since my AN surgery.  I have always been a singer in a Church Choir, but only recently have I rejoined the Choir.  We usually have practice for an hour and a half.  I have noticed that I have a headache or ear pain the next day.  Could it be the vibration, strain, adhesions,or all of the above?  I think I know the answer, but just wanted to see if someone has had the same problem.   ???
Thanks,

MAlegant

Hi there,
I'm a singer but only 5 weeks post op. Try a soft ear plug for the ear that's hurting.  The noise (yours and the other singer's) could just be irritating you.  Perhaps you need to get back into it slowly.  Take breaks during rehearsal if you can, to give your ears a break.  Let me know how it goes..
Best,
