I"m glad I could help by posting what I've gone through with Aetna to get the BAHA surgery and implant paid for.  It's well worth the battle, and I was determined to make them hold up to what they agreed to when the doctor called before the surgery.  Also, since I had translab and the inner ear was removed during the AN surgery, by their own definition they couldn't say no.  I wish anyone else out there best wishes to go for what you want; we deserve it!  No one "out there" understands what we go through on a day to day basis.
