In answer to your question regarding my synkinesis, the primary issues are my eye, cheek and mouth.  Whenever I move one of them, the other two move.  Occasionally my neck muscle gets in on the act.  Eating is a joke.  My eye and neck seem to think they are responsible for eating.  My eye closes and my neck bulges.  There is movment but it's all the wrong movement.
