Massage Therapy ......

I am going for a much needed massage tomorrow night - - ARGH!   Is there anything they should avoid?  My neck and the frequent headaches are what I am most going for - - plus I am getting this weird 'cracking' in my neck - I cannot 'make' it do the sound - but every now and again it will make a loud sound - like when you get a chiro. adjustment.

Would cranial sacral help too - for the headaches?

- Some internal facial numbness (cheek, tongue, eye), SSD, headaches (getting better), dry eye, some balance issues..... but othwise AWESOME!
