I went to the ocean and I breathed better yesterday than I have in a long time.  I also went in the water, it was so warm, with the help of my daughter and her friend and I did go under and get a good ocean enema!  It felt great!  Now I'm back in suburban PA and back to the stuffiness  :(  It was good while it lasted tho  ;D  I hope you all get a chance to meet and have a great time.  I know I did when I met the folks from the forum at the symposium in Philly.  It was really great.  Have a good time  ;)
