I have been really impressed with Dr. Barton Guthrie at the Kirkland clinic UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. If asked I would suggest anyone having an Acoustic Neuroma in Alabama to get a referral to Dr. Guthrie. I have been informed by some of his staff that Dr. Guthrie had treated, and performed surgery on people from all over the world.
