I'm also a "happy camper" who had a Translab procedure for tumor resection. It went great.

I practiced telling myself that I was grateful for the medical team helping me and grateful to my healing self for having the ability to cope with surgery and heal. It gave me something to say to myself to reduce anxiety in the last few days. I think I had a shorter version!
