Wearable Vests for Balance
« on: August 07, 2022, 09:42:14 am »
Tuesday our PT dept is asking us to try the vests for balance. They are a bit heavy; have weights in them, supposedly they help with balance and once you are "cured"
you don't have to wear it anymore

Has anyone tried the Vest?

I have never heard of them, bjhk!  I do wonder if anyone on the ANA forums has tried them.

If not, you may be our pioneer with them!  Let us know how it goes.
Burning Tongue, Loss of Hearing & Balance, and Tinnitus led to MRI. Very small AN found on 11/23/2021
While watching and waiting, lost significant hearing. WRS now at 12% (down from 100%). Was fitted with CROS system on 3/7/22.  Stable MRI on 7/29/22
No treatment yet.

I tried the wearable best for  PT sessions;  they are heavy
My PT said she saw no improvement for me, but some of her other patients are having good luck

This answered my question on the other thread.  Thank you!
