I can tell you if you want the best .Go to the best..why shop around..all I have ever heard was good things from people that went to House ear Institute in Los angelous CA. I had DR House / DR Swarts /DR stephan  They are all good. Dr swarts needs to change his bed side mannor but he is good..Dr house was tthe best. He treated me very respectiful..After surgery everyone gets their own nurse at the ICU Unite..and they are great, very attentive and wonderfull. The Seton House where you can stay is very nice email for pics,There is even a family room where all  the Aners family get togather and tell how they are doing. The food in the cafeateria is not very good.most people went to the store that is not very far and brought food to cook in the family room ..any more info email me...

I'am 3 months post op from HOUSE.  I had Dr.Schwartz, Dr. Fayad and Dr,Stefan.  Everything went well. My husband stayed at Seton.I have AFLAC insurance.  I need to show Aflac I was in ICU 2 days.  The records dept at St, Vincents has me in cardiac care.  The new wing was not yet opened I believe they called it the DICU for Doheny Intensive Care Unit.  They told me I'd be opening up a can of worms because the bill has been paid.  When in the unut we were definetly in ICU,   Almost ready tro give uo they make ir very hard to change the nilling,  It means cash to the patient and sure could use it,  The hospital is probably due more money for ICU.THE HOSPITAL WINS IN THE END,  Donna
