pulsating tinnitus

Hi everybody,I started having tinnitus all the time now in both ears for a month,then I started having a heart beat pulse in my left ears and now its also happening in my right ears. my hearing test is normal and I did an MRI petrous bone that showed normal study.I don't know what to do next
my doctor told me I should take zinc and stugeron and oxybral for the next 3 month but I can't wait that long I can't sleep ,my head feels heavy and ears feels like i took a slap. plus i want to know what is the cause and if it gonna go away. any advice

Tinnitus can be many other things and 10-15% of the general population will get this.  If you check the American Tinnitus Organization website, you may have better answers to your questions.

Hi Mid! May want to try a quick fix.... 1 dose of Benadryl before bed.  One in a while change of season my tinnitus kicks up a notch and found this helpful.... Good luck, Mickey
