   Absolutely! And it doesn't necessarily always fit their stated guidelines of not being able to work at any job.
   It's not likely one with an attorney specializing in SSDI is going to lose a case, say where a client has a pHD in something, has been making $50,000 yr, is going to be required to work at Mc'Donalds.
   I went through that and my application was approved w/o a hearing. There simply were no commensurate jobs in the area I could do for more than minimum wage.

I have a lipoma location is in the IAC just like the AN some symptoms. I filed for SSD on my own and with in 3 months got my first check. I would be happy to talk to you about how I got . It was nothing special, it was just what I got off the SS web site.
