ANA NE Discussion Forum October Brunch

Hi All!
My drinking buddy Phyl  ;) has asked me to get plans rolling for the October apple dumplin' get together at Maxwell's in Worcester, MA. For those that are not familiar, twice a year for the last five years or so we have had an informal gathering to eat (delicious brunch) with fellow ANAers (awesome folks). It started with 6 of us and at the last brunch there were 28! Spouses/partners/friends are so welcome too.

If not, what date does?

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Oct 14 is fine for me--will definitely plan to be there.. I'd like 3 wks notice so if date changes I can still be there!!  I've been gone way too long!!  Miss ya all!!!

Residual left--continued growing--finished 30 FSR w/Dr Loeffler (Mass Gen/Boston MA) on Oct 22 2007... --April 2010--tumor shrank to 8mm and is a dark spot!!  Latest Update: April May 2017 scan shows no change!--Next MRI 2020!!  Life is good!!

Hi,

October 14th works well for me, count me in, so glad to hear that Jane, Andy, Kathy and Bob are attending.  This is the first time all summer, well now it's 9/3, that I have logged on.  The summer was crazy for me, my mom has been ill and now my sister was dx with uterin CA.  Will this dark cloud ever go away.  Anyways it will be great to see everyone again.

My in-laws are in Dorset County... and last time I was there for a visit, we organized an AN brunch in Shaftesbury.... will advise next trip over :)
