Tinnitus relief from B-Vitamins?

Does anyone have any experience with relief of tinnitus by taking a complex of B-Vitamins?  I've been reading that these might help.

The only thing I've heard of that helps tinnitus - and it's not a proven method - is a change in diet.

For example, eliminating caffeine.
