Wt gain

I have been on Neurontin for about 5 months now and I am noticing a weight gain.  My eating habits have not changed. I am curious if anyone else on Neurontin has experienced this weight gain.  :-\

Lauren ~

To the best of my knowledge (I'm not a doctor or pharmacist) Neurontin does list weight gain as a possible side effect, but the percentage is less than 5% of users.  You may be one.   :(

Lauren,

I was on neurontin for two years and yes I gained weight also.  Once I weaned myself off I dropped 10 lbs almost overnight.  That was a short lived weight loss, I'm on Lyrica now and guess what?  The 10 lbs found me again and it was almost overnight as well.
