Thanks for the link to that list of actions which can help us retain our cognitive functions at a high level.  I try to do almost everything on the list and find that my cognitive functions are just fine pretty good, well, O.K., they're passable.  ;)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

MANAGE STRESS!!! Oh, my, not that! WHAT stress? I don't have any stress; I can't handle stress so I can't have any!

Well...I can do 7-8 out of the ten. Will I get by with those or will the stress part get me? Hum...
