Balance machine

Today at vestub.rehab my pt putme on machine thewalls move & the floors like a fun house & computer measured my balance
& said i only have 25% of my vetubular working.Is this common??

Thanks Donnalyn.I am working hard.Doing exercises.Going to rehab faithfully.Thinking about investing in a treadmill.Been getting major migrains that consume alot of energy & sap my spirit.
