Hi!
Just wondering if anyone had their microsurgery done with Dr. Bojrab and Dr. Jacob. How did it go?  Any thoughts to share?
Thai you!!

Most of the doctors from Michigan Ear Institute have a very good reputation.

I believe at one point Dr. Jack Kartush and Dr. Pieper were the local "dream team" in Michigan.

Dr. Robert Hong from Harvard was the surgeon who diagnosed me with an Acoustic Neuroma.

There's also a short YouTube video of Dr. Babu who successfully treated a patient at Providence Park last year.

Michigan Ear Institute treats a lot of AN's at Providence Park annually.
5/19/2015 - 40% sudden hearing loss + tinnitus right ear

6/26/2015 - AN diagnosed by MRI - 14mm x 7mm + 3mm extension

8/26/2015 - WIDEX "ZEN" hearing aid for my catastrophic tinnitus

12/15/2015: 18mm x 9mm + 9mm extension (5mm AGGRESSIVE GROWTH in 5 months)

3/03/2016:   Gamma Knife - Dr. Sheehan

Hi Pranarn, Did you end up having your surgery at Providence Park with MEI doctors? We are considering them and would like your feedback. We have seen Babu and he would be working with Jacob. I would love to hear how it went for you.

One of the motto's of the ANA is to find the most experienced team of AN doctors who successfully treat the most AN's per year.

EXPERIENCE AND FREQUENCY exclusive to treating specifically Acoustic Neuroma.

Some patients may be comfortable with a team of doctors who performs 50 per year, while others would insist on a team of surgeons from the House Clinic who successfully treat a much greater frequency of AN's annually.

It's an individual choice.
