MRI time
« on: April 10, 2012, 07:25:07 am »
Tomorrow is MRI time.     4th year since my 4th surgery.          So far no new AN.    I am in nervous mode since had the hearing return on that side and does not hardly ever happen.       I just hope I always get to keep it.    I'm lucky that will see my dr after it.            I do have some fun thoughts to think of as we are taking a family trip to Disney World the 21st for a week.      Both daughters and one husband and grandkids and a friend of the other daughter.      It is going to be a challenge for me since have no balance nerves and only do so much walking before it does me in.    I've never tried a scooter but might be this time around.      Don't think they let you push a grocery cart around.  LOL!            I am not putting the trip on FB till we get back.                                    So all good thoughts and prayers are welcome for tomorrow!

Cheryl .....

I will certainly keep you in my thoughts and prayers that tomorrow's MRI is "no change."  What a wonderful trip you have planned to take your mind off of all this AN stuff!   :D

Let us know how it all goes.

Good luck Cheryl, with both the MRI and the Disney trip.  Even in the best of times Disney can be a daunting trip, so just enjoy yourself and take it easy...and have fun!! :)

Cheryl ~

I'll be praying for your MRI scan to show no growth or other complications and that you and the family enjoy a safe, pleasurable visit to Disney World. :)

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.
