More facial paralyisis questions

We all have our facial paralysis stories, but has anyone actually recovered 100% or near so?

t,
It may be common that the facial nerve is tramatized by surgery or radiation. or by the tumor itself.   My AN was described as intertwined and stuck to the facial nerve, and dificult to take off the facial nerve.  I had temporary problems (no tears, no blinking, half of mouth not moving) that resolved about 6 weeks after surgery.
Regards,
 Rob
