Facial exercises
« on: March 23, 2008, 09:28:20 am »
Gonna sound stoo-pid I know
-  I have had surgery for face-rebuild
but sadley, (or amazingly), no exercises in the schedule to assist its repair,
I am suprised  no therapy is offered
(other than the general advice that I might do like to do some some ?)
So - anyone seen any good links for home exercises for faces
I sense the old sugar free gum will be my best friend for a while here....
Thanks
and
Best Regards
Tony

Hi Tony

This was passed along to me for facial palsy -- I have it taped to the bathroom mirror.  It seems to help.
