Hi Liz,
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best for your surgery tomorrow. Seems hard to believe I was in your shoes a week ago today. I was also very eager to “get it over withâ€?!  I know having all the prayers and thoughts from everyone on this forum gave me that “ I can do anythingâ€? attitude, and I know you’ll do just fine, The coming home is definitely the best part.  Please do keep us posted on how you’re doing. We are thinking and praying for you! :-*

Good luck, Liz.  You have my prayers.  And I'm with Keri, I didn't worry about getting enough sleep, I just figured I could sleep for the next month -- and I did.

God speed to you.
I live nearby you near Gig Harbor, so keep that in mind as you recover.
I haven't been following this thread, so don't know where you are having surgery.
I'll stay posted though.

Good luck Liz, I would imagine you're either on your way or in surgery now - I was strangely calm beforehand too... must be a coping mechanism by the mind!  I will send lots of healing vibes from Australia for you - 2 weeks ago today was my surgery and I'm rocking it, you will be too in a week or so!

Right sided AN 2.7cm at last MRI.  Hearing loss/facial numbness.  Translab scheduled March 11th 2009.  Translab at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia successful!  Total tumour removed, SSD, no facial issues, numbness has left the building, balance issues but they'll get better and I'm loving life!
