Skull changing shape?
« on: September 27, 2006, 09:50:01 am »
Ok, this is going to sound odd, but, is anyone else's skull changing shape?

A year or two ago, I discovered that my head was no longer smooth in the back - there was a ridge at the base of my skull, almost from ear to ear.  Then, a few months ago, I discover I have a golf ball in my head!  I figure my skull was trying to accommodate it.

Anyone else?

Ellen,

My skull has changed but only on my A.N. side, behind my left ear and after surgery. There's an huge indentation there like a cravasse. There's also a titanium mesh in there someplace that I can't feel at all. It's like they had excavated material and left it behind!
