AN and TN
« on: October 03, 2008, 04:06:40 pm »
Greetings to all, I just brushed me teeth, so you don't have to run. I have been going through loops with Trigeminal Neuralagia. FINALLY,,,, I had a  GOOD MRI and lo and behold there is my old tumor back and nasty.  My first was 2004 and they had to leave a little or mess up my facial nerve permenently. I am working with Dr Brackmann at the ear clinic Both radiation and surgery are being discussed and I should recieve an answer soon. However,  have any of you had your AN removed by surgery and it fixed your TN ???? How many of you have had second surgerys on your AN ???   Thanks for your support     Larry

Hi Larry,
The only symptom I had before being diagnosed was intermittent TN.  It has been mercifully absent since surgery.
Good luck to you,
Marci
