OMG Did anyone watch Lost last night??? Sawyer and Kate did the nasty in the cage!!!! Yikes :o :o :o :o We needs ta get to Hawaii and break that stuff right UP!!! He's OURS!!!

Capt Deb 8)

My husband and I were watching Lost and when Sawyer and Kate were getting it on, I said to my husband "Oooo, the girls are going to be talking about this one!"  I was right.  So now we have to wait until FEBRUARY!!   So whatever happened to Michael and Walter and the dog?  Did they get away...will we ever know?  What is that black thing that killed the cool African dude with the velvet voice?  Will we see polar bears again?  What about the blond girl and the baby? Isn't the baby supposed to be special or something?  And Walter had some sort of powers too.  And if anybody watches Meerkat Manor on Animal Planet...just what the heck happened to Shakespear in Season 1, and will poor Mozart get over the death of her babies and will Carlos show up and cause trouble once again?  I mean...questions, questions, questions. ;D

Gosh Sue,
Looks like you may have found a new job. Isn't there a little magazine one can buy to keep them up to date on the happenings on the soaps?  Your a natural for the reality shows. And then add in your great poetry and . WOW!

Welcome Aboard Brendalu-Wench!!!  :-*

As you know, all us wenches and scallywags have specific duties aboard the PBW. Perhaps you could be the keeper of the  "good morning" book (guard it with your life) and our speed reading teacher :)

Okay, you asked for it.

Poem for Brendalu

In the wee small hours when everyone’s asleep,
Brendalu reads pages instead of counting sheep,
She reads of all the pirates and monsters of the deep,
Page one to a hundred and two, until it is complete.

Her eyes are growing weary, but she cannot quit,
She can’t really believe what the others had writ,
She reads about the Captain, Laz, Phyl and the Brit,
East Coast, West Coast…oh the style, oh the wit!

Skies are turning gray, the sun will soon appear,
But Brendalu keeps reading as her eyes begin to tear,
For suddenly she realizes with our ANs and our fear,
Silliness brought us all together, far away and near.

UNBELIEVABLE SUE.

I reckon the good ship PBW needs ta open up a pirate school. We have enough teachers, poetry lessons, how to create a brewery, techo geeks, we have some younguns that can speak todays lingo and translate for da oldies, we can have a creche for da 4 legged species, and it goes on.

In the meantime, ya wicked wenches, keep swimmin' - you are nearly there - would you like some wrinkle cream coz all dat time in da water aint too good for ya skin! meanwhile the scalleys are enjoying the interview - not too many questions being answered but!

OK LAZ,
You scally's go right ahead and get interviewed by "those", I mean that Italian talk show hostess.  We wrinkly wenches better find Mathew waiting on the shore of Maui when we swim up. He'll be all drippin' with choccie and we be being way hungry from all that swimmin.

Oh, Sue, a big shout out to you!!!!  I asked and you did some fine work....

And yes, wind, kept me up half the night since I live under some tall Douglas Firs that make me nervous....about 3 years ago they cleared the forest behind me and built houses, and left a few trees, and when it blows like that it keeps me awake.  We've had quite the crazy weather this last week!!!!!!!!!

Sue

we had it all!!!1  We had a thunder lighting storm that lasted over 8 hours.  The thunder was shaking the buildings, the lightning was sheet type and hitting before the thunder was done.  The lightning was so bright that you couldn't see.  Amazing.,  fun to look at till you realized that standing near the window wasn't a good idea by the way they were moving.

Lots of rain, lots of wind, but it wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be. There's another one comming in Tuesday night with lots of rain and wind that will probably push the rivers over the banks again.

Geez, it's only November and I'm whinning!!!  Gonna be a looong winter!!!

Sue, how bad was it in your area?
