I use the flax seed capsules.  I didn't like the oil..ended up leaving it out of fridge and it turned rancid :o(

I'm not really sure about the seeds themselves, but I know the oil can be put directly in shakes or smoothies.

re nerves and re-growth of them etc....(and presumably healing too in that growth).....i do know of nerves regrowing and healing after as much as a few yrs or more in a variety of situations, for example in the spine and the legs etc.... so i figure maybe it can happen in the face after an An too, i don't really know, but i hope it can).....the thing is that most of that (nerve regrowth)can't be seen or measured really as it happens, as it is over such a slow time etc., but it's always amazing when it does happen.... one of those 'miracles' I guess.

Perhaps it depends on how exactly or where exactly or how much any nerve was damaged etc.....

Hope all with facial nerves from Ans get healing....
