Off Topic....wedding reception question.

I have trouble with car lights and unlight roads.  Not to mention road rage  lol  I probably shouldn't be driving during the daytime either but I did pass the state hospital driving test (it was a big joke I didn't have to turn my head and perform  lol)  My eyes are photosensitive from surgery and if a car light hits me just right it blinds me long enough to be a hazard.  Not to mention if there are no street lights I can't see a darn thing  lol

oops..can not drive at night..my bad  lol 

No night driving, no driving when I'm tired (which is always), no driving in the rain, no driving in heavy traffic...so I'm not quite sure when I'm actually allowed to drive  lol
