Hi, I haven't been on for awhile personal issues but I wanted you to know I PM Kathy almost every month and she always responds but my last one I have not heard from her I am very concerned.  Maybe Donnalynn might know she is very friendly with her and might have her telephone number and could check for us ??
Diagnosed with a 1 cm. AN had Retrosigmoid

I did send Kathy a PM like I promised, but haven't heard back from her yet.

I, too, am concerned and am keeping her in my prayers.

Did anyone PM Donnalynn to see if she has news?

Donnalynn -

thank you SO much for the update.  I'm relieved to hear Kathy is doing well, despite all she is going through.

I can't wait to meet her next summer.

Donnalynn,

Thanks so much for the update on Kathy. I remember having several PM communications with Kathy and her daughter back when she was first diagnosed (with her AN) as her age, tumor size/location, and surgery approach mirrored mine. Great to hear that she's doing so well. We'll keep her in our prayers.

Donnalynn ~

Thank you for your thoughtful, sensitive post (#191).  Thank you too for the update on Kathy and the progress in her cancer treatment.  Like you, she is special to all of us and we are grateful for her presence on these forums.  She'll in the prayers of many - including mine.

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Donnalynn,
Thanks for the positive news and the nice thoughts.
I guess no news was GOOD news in this case!
Will keep Kathy in prayer for the strength to keep going! You go Kathy.
Heck, this probably makes the AN look like a piece of cake.
Amazing lady, for sure :)
