ginkgo biloba

Tinnitus is annoying the heck out of me.  I heard ginkgo biloba has been used with limited success.  However at this point I am ready to try anything.  Does anyone know what the recommended daily dose is?  Thanks

I took "archers tinnitus relief" which is basically ginkgo biloba.  I took it 4 months threes times a day, and it did nothing for the tinnitus.
