Fatigue
« on: May 17, 2015, 11:58:54 pm »
When I first joined the forum and ever since I have read allot about fatigue.

I'm now 46 years old. And can tell you I never got back to full %100. But I would say I'm %97 as far a fatigue goes.

What I found is all that laying around healing, self reflection, with drawing from activity, etc. Created atrophy.

After about 2 years of all that. I pushed myself hard to get back. Just to find my limit. At first I was demoralized and fatigue. But kept at it. And notice I was getting stronger. Took about 3 months.

I now know that a 16 hour anesthesia did something to my body that took a long time for my body to recover from. But to this day I do not know when the anesthesia damage was really over. Because I think I was in atrophy limbo.

This post is to say : You CAN come back from the fatigue. And watch out for atrophy.

If we evolved from monkeys into humans? When do we stop being human and become something else? What would that something else be?
