Matti,
You mean the Italian talk show hostesses, there were 2 of them big gals, weren't there?  And Laz and the other scallywags have been being interviewed by them for quite a while now.  Enough already!

Kathleen,  I'm 5'9"ish. blonde. Was a true west coast valley girl. malibu barbie. Always thin, up about 20 since An.  This is NOT the time in ones life to gain weight. It's so much harder to get it off at this young age. LOL

Weight Watchers is a pretty good program.  I've been on it before and lost weight.  The trick is to be consistant, absoulutely get some kind of exercise if you can, and learn and stick to portion control.  I learned a lot about diets when I went to Diabetes University.  A diabetic diet is a very healthy diet. I'm not saying I am staying on it as well as I should, but it is a very well balanced diet.  I did a bit of carb counting, instead of points.  No more than 45 carbs per meal, and for your between meal snack, no more than 15 carbs per snack. That's a weight loss program and it works.  After you lose the weight, then you can increase the carbs some.  You can have all the Tim Tams you want as long as you figure in the carbs and count them. So if one Tim Tam is 15 carbs, then that is your mid morning snack. However, that isn't such a good idea if you are a diabetic!  A better choice is a small apple.  I also need to get back to my plan and back to walking. That's the hardest part for me is to be consistant with my exercise.  Bad, bad girl.

Perhaps we should invest in their stock!!

Actually, I was a very bad girl and bought Hershey's Kisses.  I'd never even heard of the holiday flavors before - don't know where I've been - but the cherry ones are delicious. I told my husband that we have to make that bag last through Christmas.  Yeah...we'll see how that goes.

Sue,
It;'s been a couple hours,  Got Kisses???   How many are left??  You ARE dreaming, last till Christmas! LOL

Actually, once you make the Christmas fudge and cookies, you'll quickly forget all about the kisses.

Did you know that while chewing a peice of Christmas fudge, your tinniuts changes to jinggle bells ringing.
(the Brudcifier's changes to singing)
