Four Year MRI
« on: April 20, 2016, 03:03:41 pm »
I just received the report from my 4 year MRI and as you can see below, the results continue to be very good.  As you can also see, I started with a large AN.  All the doctors I talked to told me that surgery was the only option.  Thank goodness I found Dr. Lunsford. (UPMS) He told me that GK was an option and after much thought and research, that is the route I took.  Four years out and I still have some balance issues (walking on uneven surfaces) and, of course, my left ear hearing will never come back.  However, my wife and I play golf three to four times a week and GK sure beat surgery.
