Thanks so much all for helping Sue and girls through this. You're a special crew.
Everything has gone pretty smoothly. Slight facial weakness. Not too noticable unless I smile. DR McKenna assured me it woulld return to normal. OH well, I was kind of hoping to come out looking like Brad Pitt.... ;)

Up walking, cleared to head home Saturday. Short posts reading/writing still slightly dizzying.

Thanks again all/

Hey, you look just like I did!  You rocked it, kiddo.  And you are just as handsome as any old Brad Pitt.
I checked out on Saturday, too, so we really are twins.
Is the balance good?
Tell Dr. McKenna and Dr. Barker I said HI!  Did you have McCall and Tierney, too?
Did they love the basket of goodies?
Hey, I couldn't have posted on the second day.  Don't you have double vision?
You're going to be back on that board next week, I'll bet.  Remember, I went out paddling on the ninth day, but I was sitting down in a kayak.

Congrats on your postie status, it's over :)

Bob:  Congratulations on your surgery outcome.  I can see by your smile you will get movement back (you don't have the flacid look I did); & your eye looks
totally normal.
I am so happy for you ! !   Continued healing my friend,  keep a peaceful heart.

Always good thoughts,  Nancy

Wow, you look great! Your smile will be back in no time. I can't believe you are posting already. I certainly couldn't have done that. My balance wasn't too bad but my eye sight was horrible at that stage. Still isn't as good as it was but it's getting better all the time. You will be so happy to be home. I remember walking in the door and thinking it's true, there's no place like HOME!
Left side 3.2cm AN/FN removed 12/8/08 Dr's. Shelton and Reichman. SSD, facial paralysis, taste issues, lateral tarrsoraphy 6/25/09,scheduled for eye and nasal valve surgery 6/22/11 life is GOOD!
