Hi mema:  I personally use dizziness/vertigo interchangeably (does that make sense, interchangeably?)

hi mema,i was talking about dizziness,i can only thank god that
it is not vertigo.
my heart truly goes out to those dealing with vertigo.
i had it for a little while in hospital,and it was treated with meds,it actually felt like
i was going to fall right out of that hospital bed,no fun at all.
kicked my little 8cm buddy to the curb-c ya !

Satman I did vestibular retraining for 8 mos. I discharged myself as I was tired of going. I know I improved some after but had to be consistent with doing things at home or I would slide in reverse. Oh yes, those days of holding on to the bed for dear life thinking it was on an angle.
