THANKS TO EVERYBODY!  Been feeling under the weather last few days, fighting something, but could have to do with all the body/energy work I've been doing.  Must be stirring up something!

Nope, you won't be dizzy forever, but it takes work!!  Read the "Use It or Lose It"thread.
To this day, my head doesn't feel the SAME as it used to, but I have gotten used to it and learned to live with it fairly well.  Except for the hurtie part--be glad you're not having that one!

I'm currently trying some aggressive accupressure.  Developed by a guy from India.  A lot of "energy movement" in my body, so keeping the faith...
