Teasely:

One other thing that really helped me: strict avoidance of cane sugar in all its various forms (white, refined sugar; brown sugar; organic evaporated cane juice, etc.). Cane sugar was the one thing I realized would bring on the fullness sensation and hearing loss episodes. As soon as I quit eating sugar, the frequency and severity of the "fullness" attacks lessened dramatically. Eating bread in excess also seemed to encourage my attacks, although the sugar was by far the biggest culprit and the least tolerated. Since I stopped eating sugar and bread (replacing with fresh fruit and whole grains), my attacks have ceased -- no attacks for the past 4 years, even though my tumor has since grown.

Your mileage may vary. Perhaps my body was "allergic" (highly sensitive) to sugar and bread. You might tolerate them better. But I personally believe that eating sugar is one of the very worst things a person can do to their body -- right up there with drugs and cigarettes.

Anyway, I hope I don't sound preachy. Just trying to help.

I hope the fullness goes away, Teasely, and your hearing recovers.

Best wishes,
Tumbleweed
