GK at NYU
« on: November 16, 2007, 02:09:41 pm »
hi everyone - i had GK at NYU on this past tuesday morning 11/13. The halo was the only painful part of the procedure and both my doctor and radiation oncologist were really pleased with the timing of the radiosurgery. My tumor had grown since the last MRI in August and timing was on my side. I feel very fortunate and have much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Holiday. ron g.

Postie!  ;D

Congratulations on getting it done, you are on your way to life after AN, here's wishing you smooth sailing.

Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

Congrats on getting zapped!  Who  is your neurotologist at NYU?  How big was your tumor.
