Long Term issues after AN removal

Helo.   2 issues
1.    11 years ago diagnosed with AN - Translab surgery was done.  Lost hearing on that side.
Now started having headaches/pain in that surgery area.  Is this normal?

2.  Is there any research to be found regarding any long term issues after the Translab surgery?  Like congnitive issues?

Any help is appreciated.
